Address = 110 E 2nd St, Perrysburg Ohio 43551
In response to the recent changes throughout the states regarding law firm websites and the ethical issues they pose, Dombey and Hart's internal IT staff has verified their ability to switch their web interface to a local computer in the event of an emergency, such as the recent attack on the churches in the area. Although we were not attacked, we wanted to bring our website back to a simpler model that is in accordance with the ethical rules for the laws governing websites. If you are interested in those rules, consult an attorney.
Likewise, the modern trend to explain the law on the website of a law firm tends to generate more problems than solutions. The law is an interrelated field of expertise that we are here to explain to you. If you were having brain surgery, would you prefer your surgeon use his skill, or read the instruction manual downloadable at WebMD? If your problem is simple and you want to represent yourself, you are within your legal right to do so.
The email address for both of the partners should remain working despite the location of the website itself. If you do receive an undeliverable response to either of the partner's email addresses, call the firm and forward the undeliverable message to principal@mindpire.com
The law firm of Dombey and Hart is the oldest active partnership in Perrysburg. Mr. Dombey and Mr. Hart began working together over thirty years ago.
In the short time that I have interned with Dombey and Hart, I have witnessed two distinct talented attorneys who are the very essence of the general partnership. To my knowledge, neither of them ever plan on retiring from the profession that they collectively have been in for over 60 years.
As the author of this law firm's temporary website, you could ask these attorneys any legal question and they will provide you with their stock in trade, good advice, regardless of the matter. If you would prefer a laundry list of what they can advise you on, read any other law firm's website and then call Dombey and Hart and ask them the same thing.
Concerning the recent unfortunate attacks on local church websites, the digitized legal records of our clients and future interests in numerous aspirations in law and business compel sophistication atypical of the small local law firm. However, this part of our practice is in development and our existing client base does not need this type of service.
As mentioned, we find it unnecessary to use interactive web applications with clients we have known for 30 years that live down the street from us and have simple questions about real legal matters. Furthermore, since we are lawyers, we hate computers, and most of our clients do too. in a changing world of technology, the best way to initiate contact is still by calling the office at 419 874 3569 to set up an appointment. For existing clients, we plan on sending out a notice letter explaining that your records are with our office and will be digitized securely and accessible by those who are legally entitled to them, as we anticipate future standards governing legal practice will require us to do this.
 In the future, larger clients and affiliates will communicate through a vpn based secure socket layer application suite, hosted and written in-house based on client-need. Although Ohio law doesn't promlgate specific technical rules regarding web security for legal websites, this is largely because most firms outsource this information to random employees of web hosting companies who have complete access to this information, checked only by managers who not only don't care, but have no fiduciary obligations to you under state law like lawyers do. Although we could in fact entrust the private sector with the important records of large business clients, our legal intern claims that as fiduciaries, we must personally be accountable for our larger client's sensitive files.
Also, for our loyal clients from Northwest Ohio, in the event of a catastrophe such as flood or fire, there is no insurance that will cover our years of interaction with our clients and friends. As a courtesy, we are providing this for your benefit, in the event of future changes in the law, in case you are questioning the necessity of this procedure.
On the other hand, if you are a larger company seeking legal assistance, and would prefer interactive applications as many now do,
send all inquiries regarding custom applications and legal matters to the partners of the firm with your credentials and tax ID.
